Fume & Dust Management

• Air Amplifiers draw in large volumes of ambient air (by entrainment) using a relatively small compressed-air input, they can help extract or direct contaminated air away (fumes, dust-laden air) without a full blower system. The lack of moving parts means lower maintenance.

• Air Knives / Super Air Knives – When you have dust or fine particles on a surface or moving web (e.g., conveyor, sheet), the uniform high-velocity air curtain can blow off the dust/excess material before the next process step (painting, coating, packaging), reducing airborne contamination.

• Static-Elimination / Ion Air Products – Dust often adheres to surfaces via static. Removing static and blowing off the surface helps keep parts clean and prevents dust re-suspension or re-adherence. For example the Gen4 Ion removes static and dust from small parts prior to shrink wrapping, packaging, printing, painting or finishing.

• Engineered Air Nozzles / Blow-off Guns – These delivers spot blow-off, making dust removal more efficient and controlled.
